Cidra is Todolí Citrus Fundació’s Patrons program

Citron is the fruit of the Citrus medica. It was the first citrus fruit known in Europe. Its history and diffusion are strongly linked to art and collecting thanks to Cosimo I de Medici, who was a great patron of the arts and the first great citrus fruit collector in the 16th century.

The Cidra program is aimed at citrus connoisseurs and those who would like to broaden their knowledge and engage in dialogue with other members of the citrus world, as well as culture and art.

Benefits of the Cidra Patrons

Among the benefits enjoyed by members of the Cidra program, the foundation will offer a private guided tour for 4 people to the El Bartolí Botanical Orchard, including a citrus tasting at the foot of the field.

Another benefit with which we would like to thank you for your support, includes the shipment of a varied box of citrus fruits during the seasonal period of their harvest (shipping costs included only in mainland Spain).

We will also be pleased to have you as our guest at the annual Todolí Citrus Fundació Patron’s dinner (one guest allowed).

Throughout the year we develop specific activities that we will announce through our exclusive newsletter for members of our program.

The events that are part of the program include book presentations, open-air film festivals, exhibitions, conferences, courses, publications with information on artists whose work has been incorporated into the Foundation, etc. Members of the Cidra program are entitled to priority reservations at our events.

In addition, Cidra Patrons will benefit from a 10% discount on the purchase of additional tickets and on the purchase of any of the Foundation’s products, either in its physical or online store.

By joining Cidra Patrons you will be making an essential contribution to support the work of the Todolí Citrus Fundació. The Foundation’s objectives are to expand its citrus collection, which currently has some 500 varieties, and which acts as a nucleus for research, dissemination and education in the agricultural, environmental, historical, culinary and industrial fields.
