Cancellation Policy

By booking a guided tour through our website, the USER agrees to the following terms regarding cancellations and/or modifications:

– Cancellation Process:

To cancel or modify a reservation within the established timeframe, please notify us via email at: info@todolicitrus.org.

– Cancellation and Rescheduling Period:

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled date of the tour. Alternatively, the visit may be rescheduled based on availability, provided the same timeframe is respected.

– Late Cancellations:

If the cancellation request is made outside the established period, the user will not be entitled to a refund.

– Modifications Due to Weather Conditions:

In case of rain or other adverse weather conditions, tours will not be canceled. Instead, we will adapt the itinerary to take place indoors or in covered areas, ensuring a safe and enriching experience.

We recommend attending the tour with appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather.

– No-Show:

If the user does not show up at the agreed location, date, and time, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

– Late Arrival:

If more than 5 minutes have passed since the tour has started, access to the premises will not be allowed, and no refund or rescheduling will be granted.

– Cancellations by the Organization:

In exceptional situations (such as adverse weather conditions or force majeure), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour (subject to availability). In such cases, the user will be offered a full refund or the option to choose a new date.

– Refunds:

If a refund applies according to the above conditions, it will be processed using the same payment method originally used. Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on the financial institution.
