Citrus Gildas_Recipe

The Gilda is a very popular pintxo in San Sebastian, traditionally served at the bar, accompanying the vermouth. There are different versions about the origin of its name, the most widespread goes back to 1950 with the visit of Rita Hayworth to the San Sebastian Film Festival. Shortly before, the redhead had premiered Gilda, the character that turned her into the erotic myth for a whole generation. There are also different versions of Gildas, but what they all have in common is that they are green, salty and a little spicy. In our version, citrus fruits could not be missing.
