Tree and fruit description

Fruits with an elliptical shape, featuring a smooth nipple at the apical zone. Its skin is thin, rough, and highly aromatic, with a yellow-green color. The albedo is edible, very thick, pleasant to eat, and of high quality. The flesh is acidic, not very juicy, and has few seeds.

Uses

Its rind can be used to flavor water, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages, as well as for obtaining essential oils. The albedo has culinary uses, both fresh and processed.
