Tree and fruit description
Vigorous tree with an upright stance. Leaves more oval than those of the lemon tree, of an intense green color. It blooms several times a year, although the most important is in spring. Fruits have an oblong morphology and are medium-sized. The bark is rough but less so than other citrons, aromatic, and intense yellow when ripe. The edible albedo is thick and hard, with an excellent bite and sweet. The pulp is sour and not very juicy.
