Bartolí

This selection is of unknown origin. It is characterized by a good balance between bitterness, acidity, and the sweetness of its pulp.

Weak tree with a rounded morphology and a drooping habit. Medium-sized leaves with a rounded tip. Fruits of subglobose morphology with a flattened and slightly sunken apex. Smooth lemon-yellow bark, with essential oil glands visible. Yellow pulp, moderately juicy, its flavor combines some acidity with a touch of bitterness. The membranes are thick and resilient. The juice vesicles are large and separate easily.

It is consumed fresh, as well as in green salads or fruit salads.
