For the third consecutive year, Toklas restaurant in London, has hosted a special dinner dedicated entirely to the citrus fruits of Todolí Citrus Fundació. This annual event has become a much-anticipated celebration of seasonal produce, culinary creativity, and the enduring collaboration between the foundation and the restaurant.
This year’s edition welcomed around 150 guests, reflecting the growing popularity and success of the initiative. The dinner was curated by Chris Shaw, head chef at Toklas, along with his talented team, who designed a vibrant and diverse menu where citrus fruits took centre stage.
From starters to desserts, each course highlighted different varieties and preparations of citrus, showcasing their versatility and depth of flavour. The evening offered a sensory journey through the unique citrus collection cultivated by the Fundació, sparking both delight and curiosity among the attendees.
