For the third consecutive year, the Toklas restaurant in London has organised a dinner dedicated entirely to Todolí Citrus Fundació citrus fruits. It has become a very successful event, and this time it was attended by around 150 people.

The menu prepared by Chris Shaw, head chef at Toklas, and his team, included a varied selection of citrus fruits in different preparations.
