Cider Lemon Tree Maxima

Hybrid of unknown origin characterized by presenting very vigorous trees that easily produce fruits weighing 3 kg. It is a variety with high ornamental value.

The fruit is large, with variable shapes, ranging from rounded to elliptical, and has an apical nipple, not always apparent, and a basal neck. Its skin, a soft yellow color, is thin and slightly rough, although somewhat swollen and occasionally ribbed. The albedo is inedible. The pulp is pale yellow, acidic, and juicy.

Taking advantage of the acidity of the albedo, it can be candied together with the peel.
