On 7 September, Vicente Todolí will take part in the Euro-Toques Assembly in Valencia, a professional gathering bringing together chefs from the Valencian Community and other parts of Spain.

Invited to present Todolí Citrus Fundació, Vicente Todolí will introduce the origins and main areas of work of a project devoted to preserving, studying and sharing knowledge about citrus diversity. His presentation will focus on the collection at El Bartolí Botanical Orchard, which comprises nearly 500 varieties from around the world and is possibly the largest collection of citrus trees planted directly in the ground.

Euro-Toques is an international chefs’ organisation founded in Brussels in 1986. It works to protect gastronomic heritage and the products associated with each territory. In Spain, the association is chaired by Maca de Castro and brings together professionals committed to gastronomy rooted in ingredients, provenance and collaboration with local producers.

This is an invitation-only professional event.
