Selection of a bud mutation produced in a cultivar of Moroccan Clementine called Cadoux. It is characterized by being a late cultivar. During the first years of its commercialization, it was sold under the name "Sunerine," as it was discovered on the estate of the Suner family. However, in the early 1990s, the name was changed to Nour.
Tree and fruit description
The characteristics of the tree are very similar to the Spanish cultivar Hernandina, being leafy and fast-growing trees. The size of the fruit of the Nour clementine is somewhat smaller than that of Hernandina and its shape is more spherical. It takes on color a little earlier than this one.
