Tree and fruit description

Vigorous tree, of good development and productive. Very dense foliage, with leaves that often appear curved towards the upper side, as if the irrigation were deficient. Spherical or globose fruits, of small to medium size. Fine bark, characteristically mottled and yellow-orange in color when mature; it has an interesting anise aroma when scratched or peeled. Peels well. Juicy, aromatic pulp, of intense orange color, leaving an anise aftertaste at the end of the bite. It may have some seeds.

Uses

This variety did not become commercially important, but it has a high organoleptic quality.
