The 5th edition of Citrus Gastronomic Competition of Palmera Town Council was planned of the 3rd of February 2025.
The main objective of this competition is to promote the use of the wide range of citrus varieties from the botanical garden of the Todolí Citrus Foundation, in recipes designed and dishes prepared by professional chefs.
They will have to prepare creative dishes for subsequent tasting and public evaluation. This evaluation will be carried out by a jury made up of professionals linked to the world of gastronomy.
PRIZES AND QUALIFICATIONS
The aim of this competition is to innovate a dish and desserts with the essential ingredients for their preparation.
The prizes will be as follows:
– Free Dish: 1.000€ + prize
– Desserts: 800€ + prize
