Pocítrics 2026 _ Roots and Words

On Sunday 12th of April, we celebrate the fourth edition of Poecítrics, a gathering that brings together poetry and landscape among the citrus groves of El Bartolí Botanical Orchard, home of Todolí Citrus Fundació. In this evening of verses and citrus, words reconnect with the land and with the landscape that inspires our Mediterranean culture.

On the eve of the centenary of the Generation of ’27, this edition also pays tribute to that constellation of authors who, in many different ways, sang about the landscape and the fruits of the Mediterranean. Poecítrics thus returns to the root —to the origin of both words and trees— celebrating what is closest to us: tradition, nature, and the emotion that arises from both.

This year’s edition features poets Berta Piñán, Carlos Marzal, José Manuel Prieto, Mario Obrero and Susanna Lliberós, with artistic direction by Àngels Gregori. The poster for this edition is illustrated with the work Exvots Citrus by the artist Antoni Miralda.
