Leslie Ramos is a philanthropy advisor specialising in arts and culture.

Ramos is the co-founder of The Twentieth, an international arts philanthropy agency providing independent expertise on philanthropy, collecting, and cultural engagement. Ramos supports and holds voluntary positions in various non-profit cultural organisations and frequently lectures on philanthropy and museum studies. She is the author of Philanthropy in the Arts: A Game of Give and Take, published by Lund Humphreys in 2023.

Throughout her career, Leslie has worked with museums, foundations, and collectors across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, developing sustainable and transparent strategies for cultural support. Her work focuses on strengthening the links between patronage, education, and public engagement in the arts, combining strategic insight, institutional understanding, and sensitivity to the needs of the cultural sector.

Leslie holds a Bachelor’s degree in History of Art from the Università di Padova (Italy) and an MSc in Art, Law and Business from the University of Glasgow (United Kingdom). In addition to her advisory work, she contributes actively to the ongoing dialogue about the role and evolution of philanthropy in the cultural sphere, examining its impact on institutions and society.
