Cidro Maxima, along with Marrakesh Lime, Borneo Lemon, Bitter Orange and Centennial Kumquat, are the citrus selection made in collaboration with the foundation.
It is only distilled during the season when citrus fruits are available, taking advantage of their freshness to keep all their properties intact.
