On 4 November we reopen the season of guided tours 23/24

We announce that you can now book your guided visit to the El Bartolí Botanical Orchard for the 2023/2024 season. The visit to Todolí Citrus Fundació is exclusively guided by our technicians. Citrus fruits are seasonal fruits that need the cold, so during some months of the year our orchard is not open for visits.

On the 4th of November we start the 2023-2024 season, which will last until the 28th of April, weather conditions permitting. This year we will have two shifts of visits: on Saturdays at 10:00h and at 12:00h, with an approximate duration of 2 hours each.

Our technicians will accompany you on the tour, which includes an explanatory walk through the El Bartolí Botanical Orchard, which covers an area of approximately 4.5 hectares. During the tour you will be able to learn about the nearly 500 different varieties of citrus fruits and, although not all of them are present at the same time due to the seasonal nature of the product, you will be able to find out interesting information about their origin, evolution, uses, etc. There is also a tasting of seasonal citrus fruits in the fields.

The experience is completed with a visit to the gastronomic laboratory and our small citrus museum. With these elements, we encourage dialogue between the world of citrus fruits, the arts, culture and industry.

We recommend that you come with comfortable clothes and footwear, and the use of mosquito repellent, as we are in a natural area. We would also like to remind you that we do not have drinks at our facilities, so it is advisable to bring water to keep hydrated during the visit, especially on hotter days. It is also advisable to bring a hat or cap to protect you from the sun.

It is essential to book an appointment in advance, and you can check the availability calendar here.
