The Foundation reserves the right to cancel the visit in case of adverse weather conditions. In this event, we will notify you by email, providing you with another possible date or the possibility of reimbursement of the payment made. In the event of impossibility to finish the guided tour due to rain, we will provide you with another possible date to finish the pending tour.
We do not have water, soft drinks or food for sale in our facilities. It is forbidden to smoke throughout the tour or at the entrance to the Botanical Garden. It is strictly forbidden to leave the established route or to steal specimens or genetic material. In the event that these rules are not respected, the guide may expel the person(s) who do not respect them, without the option of returning the money paid for the registration.
