ORIGIN DATA:

Fino lemon is an early variety that was derived from the old Common variety that was grown in Murcia (Spain). It is characterized by its early maturity, its high productivity and the smoothness of its rind, from which the Fino name comes.

 

TREE AND FRUIT DESCRIPTION:

It is a medium-large, vigorous and productive tree. Large, lanceolate leaves. Fruits of medium size, predominantly of oval morphology and with relatively small and characteristic apical mamelon. Thin and smooth rind, medium aromatic, stuck to the pulp and reaching a golden yellow color at maturity. Very juicy pulp, with high acidity. It presents some seeds.

 

USES:

El Fino is a typical table lemon used to season all kinds of dishes and in the preparation of desserts.
