ORIGIN DATA:

Hybrid of unknown origin characterized by very vigorous trees that easily produce fruits of 3 Kg. It is a variety with high ornamental value.

TREE AND FRUIT DESCRIPTION:

The fruit is large, with variable shapes, from rounded to ellipsoidal, and with the presence of apical mamelon, not always apparent, and basal neck. Its rind, of a soft yellow color, is thin and not very rough, although somewhat bulky and sometimes ribbed. The albedo is not edible. The flesh is pale yellow, acidic and juicy.

USES:

Taking advantage of the acidity of the albedo, it can be candied together with the rind.
