The Bartolí Tarocco is a variety selected by Todolí Citrus Fundació. It is characterized by the elegance of its juice and the high persistence of the fruit on the tree without loss of quality.

 

TREE AND FRUIT DESCRIPTION:

Moderately vigorous, productive tree with a tendency to vertical growth. Lanceolate leaves with a moderately lobed blade. Fruit of medium size, spherical morphology, slightly flattened at both poles. Thin rind that releases a sweet aroma when peeled. It acquires a strong orange color, almost red. Juicy pulp, with sporadic red pigmentation on an intense orange background. Seedless. High quality juice, with an elegant balance between acidity and sweetness; refreshing. It maintains this balance on the tree for a long time and has good resistance to fruit drop.

 

USES:

The quality of its pulp and juice makes it perfect for making sauces, vinaigrettes, salads or desserts.
