This selection is of unknown origin. It is characterized by a good balance between bitterness, acidity and sweetness of its pulp.

 

TREE AND FRUIT DESCRIPTION:

The tree is not very vigorous and has a rounded morphology with a drooping shape. Medium-sized leaves with rounded tips. Fruits of subglobose morphology and flattened and slightly sunken apical area. Soft lemon yellow rind, with apparent essential oil glands. Yellow flesh, moderately juicy, its flavor combines a certain acidity with a touch of bitterness. The membranes are thick and tough. The juice vesicles are large and separate easily.

 

USES:

It is consumed fresh, as well as in green or fruit salads.
