Visit of Elena Reygadas and Bruno Verjus to Todolí Citrus Foundation

It is always a pleasure to receive your visits to our Botanical Garden El Bartolí. On this occasion we were able to count on the presence of Elena Reygadas, recognised as the best chef in the world in 2023, as well as occupying the 49th position in the “Top 50 Restaurant List”, and chef of the Rosetta Restaurant in Mexico City, and Bruno Verjus and his team of the Table Restaurant in Paris, which occupies the 10th position in this outstanding ranking.

Among other reasons, the reason why they were in Valencia was precisely to attend the celebration of this prestigious gastronomic award that lists the 50 best restaurants in the world and which was being held there this week.

Elena Reygadas (Mexico City, 1976) opened Rosetta in 2010 in the Roma neighbourhood. Her cuisine is characterised by having seasonal Mexican produce as the absolute protagonist. She also has other projects such as Lardo, a casual restaurant, and Café Ninfa, an intimate space with several dining rooms. In addition, since 2022 he has been a member of the International Council of the Basque Culinary Center.

Bruno Verjus is the chef and owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Table de Paris, which he launched in 2013 and is characterised by its pure flavours and absolute respect for the product. Table sources only seasonal produce from sustainable French, Belgian, Italian, Spanish and Scottish producers. It has also contributed to gastronomic guides such as Le Fooding, Omnivore and et Au Quotidien.
