Citrus unshiu Marc.
Mandarins and their hybrids
October – November
Cultivar originated in Almassora (Castellón, Spain) in 1962 from a bud mutation of the Owari cultivar. Its particularity is that it ripens 2 to 3 weeks earlier than Owari. At full maturity it is slightly less sweet, but very similar to its parent in all other respects.
