His Botanical and Citrus Orchard brings together more than 500 ancestral, exotic or endangered varieties, as explained Cristina Giménez, Managing Director of the Foundation, who collected the award on behalf of Todolí, which was given to her by Federico Oldenburg, specialised journalist and member of the jury. In her words of thanks, she recalled the beautiful article that Oldenburg himself signed five years ago in Fuera de Serie, she vindicated the importance of sustainability for the foundation and thanked the chefs for continuing to discover more about citrus fruits every day.
